Founder and CEO, Joe Marek, has over 27 years of permitting experience in all parts of Texas. His background as a civil engineering project manager executing projects across the state, leverages his invaluable experience and knowledge of various local permitting processes to provide first-class service to the film community.

Jurisdictions permitted include TxDOT, State of Texas, Texas Parks & Wildlife, US Army Corps of Engineers, Texas State Capital, Lower Colorado River Authority, University of Texas, Texas State University, Texas A&M University, The Alamo, City of Austin, City of Houston, City of Dallas, City of Fort Worth, City of San Antonio, City of Corpus Christi and numerous others in every corner of Texas.
